This is a very cool vintage late 1960s-1970s Greco GR-122 6-string Acoustic Guitar, probably made in Japan. It has a classical body, no pick guard, in a rich natural beige color, 19 frets and very few dings or imperfections. It does needs new strings.
It was played for only a few months after it was first purchased with no visible damage from that handling beside small surface scratches and imperfections, as shown. It sat in its case in a dark closet for 50 or so years

This guitar is super weird and cool! It??s from the late 60??s, made by Greco. The body is shaped kinda like a Telecaster but a little bigger, and hollow. And it has a literal wrench attached to the bridge as a whammy bar! Comes with a case that is a little flimsy, but serviceable.

Branded CSL (for Charlie Summerfield Limited, the UK importer of Ibanez guitars in the 1970's) this is constructionally identical to Ibanez, Antoria or Greco models.
SL have the reputation of being some of the highest spec. lawsuit guitars and this lefty custom is no exception. Definitely a superior spec to similar looking models by say Satellite, Avon, Rose-Morris etc

Mid 80s - likely 1985 according to serial, Greco GPV series guitar. I think it's a GPV 580 - all gold hardware and trans finish. Lovely guitar, but not getting played. It has a few small marks on the body and a faded sticker mark on the back. Greco (Ibanez) lawsuit-era version of a DC LP Jr. incredible build quality. Mahogany body and neck, single Maxon P90. All original as far as I can tell apart from the control knobs which I replaced as it came to me with aftermarket ones in the wrong style.
Condition wise there??s some lacquer damage to the top and a number of age related dings and scratches but it??s structurally sound, truss rod works and I??ve stripped it down, cleaned it and rebuilt it and found no issues. Frets are worn ... more

Here's a rare thing - an early 1970's Greco 'Les Paul' in a beautiful tobacco sunburst with the early 'Gneco' logo. I know very little of this guitar's history, but it seems to be a 1973 model (google '1973 Greco Catalog' and you'll find it - or see the last photo here which is a screen shot). This is bourne out by the logo which has the distinctive r that looks like an n and is inlaid mother or pearl. From my research, this also places it at 1973 / 74.

This is a Fujigen made Greco SE-700 or Early Sixties model from the Lawsuit era, and was the premium model of the range in the 1970s. It has a 2 piece body and a veneer rosewood board. It was Japan's best attempt at replicating the very best offerings from Fender in the 60s (hence the name!)

This is a pretty rare bass from the famous 1980s 'Mint Collection' range made for Greco by Fuji-Gen - they don't come up for sale very often. Some of the later (from 1990?) models are designated as 'Clear Sound Project' but, judging from the headstock inlay and the tuners, this is a 'Mint Collection'. The serial number dates it to 1985
Obviously, it's a very good copy of a Gibson EB2 semi - acoustic bass, with the exception that it is a long, 34" scale rather than the 30" of the original. ... more

Here we have a cool old late 80's Japanese EG-600 'Mint Collection' era Alpine White Custom Les Paul clone. This is a superb example of a late 80's Greco Custom (they usually have a fair bit of wear on them). It was built at the legendary FujiGen plant in Japan in 1989.
