Original Gibson set from a 1959 Les Paul Special. Original pointers, caps, switch, jack and all original solder joints??Rare to find. Switch feel tight and so looks clean. Original solder joints are solid. The pots are tarnished, but there is no rust on these items. No knobs or switch tip.

This example is a great player and appears to be in all original condition
It has had a neck reset. You can see the evidence of that by the two circular marks in the back of the body where it was attached

It's all original with the only exception being the black switch tip. It's also 100% complete along with its original chipboard case (missing handle). There is a hairline crack in the thin portion of wood in the body on the bass side of the neck joint that remains only a cosmetic issues as the guitar itself ... more

Rare original 1958 Gibson Alligator case for Gibson Les Paul Junior or Special (single and double cut) made from 1954 to 1960
The case needs a restoration to be used safely or it can be kept as original equipment with a Junior or Special from the 50s
