For sale : Original 1958 Fender Precision Bass
Restored about 12 years ago in California. This Bass has had quiet a few changes including a professional re-finish to the body and a pro re-fret. It was originally sunburst which is still some there in the pickup Calverty. Both the Neck and Body pencil dates are present, the pickguard is a replacement - I don't know if its Fender made.

All tuning pegs and their corresponding internal gears / cogs work as they should
Very intricate internal gearing system that gears down the winders from the tuning pegs using aluminium cogs!

The close up on the headstock shows an old repair to be expected on a 70 year old guitar. The cardboard case is good for its age but it does look its age!
