Fenton Weill Guitar Rare Weird Crazy Small Solid body Made In England

Fenton Weill Guitar Rare Weird Crazy Small Solid body Made In England

Springville, New York, 141**, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

$999

1960. Very good condition with several dings and scratches. 24 1 / 2" scale. Small body with large headstock. This has the thickest neck we've ever encountered. But oddly enough, it is very comfortable to play. Pretty good action with intonation consistent with a floating bridge. Frets are in excellent condition. Plays and sounds great. The guitar will ship in an older classical hard case. Free shipping. Please email questions.

Hohner were an absolutely huge player in the musical instrument market of the 1950s and 60s, but their speciality was very much in harmonicas, accordions and keyboards. Of course with the rise of the electric guitars at this time, it is no surprise that the company would attempt to grab a slice of the pie. Fenton Weill Blackstar, Vintage Guitar Amp 1961 ~ (Working but read description)

Bridport, DT6***, UNITED KINGDOM

£250

Found in the attic last week, from what I can tell this is a Fenton Weill Blackstar but there isn't much info about these things (or even this brand) online. From what I can tell Fenton Weill made amps and guitars in London in the early 60's so this amp is certainly circa 1965. This thing is bizarre looking with a quilted cover over the front but it does sound beautiful
It's a tube combo amp and is twin channel rocking a 12" Goodmans Audiom 60 Speaker (which is worth a bit in itself). It ... more
