This is an original vintage Gold covered Gretsch FilterTron neck position pickup. It came from a 1971 Gretsch guitar, but it's nearly identical to the 60's FilterTrons. First, this guitar is over 50 years old. It sounds beautiful, warm and bright, really amazing. Strings are old but it still holds tune perfect. Hard to let it go, but personal reasons force possible sale. Action is low. It's been loved it's whole life, very good condition. Please see all pics. A few bumps and light scratches. This is a vintage (late 60's) Gretsch case for Nashville model Guitar. It's in rough shape, but solid. There are LOTS of tears and separations in the tolex. The tolex is separating from the edges in some spots. Handle is intact. All latches and hinges are intact. I do not have the key. No bad smells. Beautiful '71 ES-335TD. All original. Even with the narrower nut, this is very comfortable to play. I have no trouble going from this to a '58 neck profile

Here's a very cool Traynor YBA-1 Bassmaster Mark II with an original sign-off tag dating it to April of 1971. Everyone says they're 90 watts, but on my scope with EL34's it cranks out about 75 Watts at the onset of clipping into an 8 ohm speaker. Awesome playing and sounding vintage gibson. Pots date to 1971. Looks all original except the strap buttons. There looks to be wear from the strap material around the strap buttons. No cracks or breaks. Truss rod works well. Frets show spme wear but it still plays easy. The original nylon saddle abr bridge is missing its wire to hold the saddles in place when not strung up. After a lot of research, I couldn??t find any significant changes in any of the specifications for precision basses from 1969 thru 1973 (other than color choices or a maple or rosewood fretboard). It had a pair of Billington Export EL34s fitted, a couple of caps needed replacing and the original Bulgin mains lead had an updated plug and heat-shrink on the cable going into the plug. The presence control is fairly scratchy when turned but this isn't unusual for that particular control

Ibanez 2030 Bass, sunburst, made in Japan circa 1971. This is a funky duck. Ibanez dates back as far as 1908. as a musical instrument division of a Japanese bookstore, but they only started making electric instruments in the early 1960s.
