Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan (later, around 1968 was made in Lincolnwood, Illinois) 100% original. Original cable too 9037 on front, seems to be the serial number. According to coda-effects com it was manufactured in very early 1966 100% full working fuzz itself but original jack needs fix or substitute, it sounds scraching depending on what position is plugged to the guitar (as it usualy happends when a jack cables is very used, remember this is 57 years old pedal!!!)
