Previously owned vintage 1987 Gibson SG red elecric guitar. Its serial number 82577540 and made in the USA. This serial number dates it back to being manufactured 9 / 14 / 1987. Absolutely beautiful 2002 Marshall 1987X redone in genuine Marshall purple tolex. Recently serviced by Backstage in Cotati California. I also had him add a PPIV master volume circuit, with a non-obtrusive knob on the back panel, in the hole where the loop bypass used to be. This has a hardwired FX loop now. Absolute monster of an amp and is one of those rare pieces of gear I will probably regret getting rid of. This will be shipped carefully and double boxed.... more

1987 Greco SPF-55 Device with Spirit Energy
When I bought this guitar I was told it was a Greco neck on a Fender Contemporary body made in Japan
I had no real reason to believe it wasn??t a genuine Fender Contemporary body because of the shape and amenities of the guitar, specially the Fender adjustable bridge

Last year for Matsumoku guitars, this 1987 Spectrum 2 showcases their build for a shredding superstrat guitar. Very low action and heavy metal tone Is just what the doctor ordered. A great player with several bumps and chips as shown in pics but just cosmetic. Very little fretwear on neck. Missing Allen wrenches, locking nut blocks and screws and no trem arm. Weighs in at 8 5lbs. Plays out nicely. Comes with rough OHSC but protects guitar.

Der Verstärker funktioniert einwandfrei und klingt großartig, wurde aber aufgrund fehlender Übungs-Gelegenheit zuletzt sehr selten gespielt. Röhrenbestückung: 3 X ECC83 und 2x EL34. Here we have my Marshall 1987x including the Lead 1960 cabinet which comes with an amp cover and the head comes with the original box plus all the servicing receipts, the tubes have been changed in the past not on my end- done professionally. Here we have a 6?? scroll logo from the mid 1970's
Great condition, all mounting pins are present and correct and it has a nice amount of wear so won??t look out of place on a vintage head, if you want a comparison shot of this against a modern logo just ask, the difference in color is very noticeable when side by side!
The pin spacing on this is 4-3 / 4" between the outer pins - this is the later pin spacing which marshall used between 1969 and 1975 and is NOT interchangeable with the ... more
