Vintage guitars for sale: Leicester

As part of a sale of some of my Gibson collection, it is now time to let this wonderful and very rare guitar go to a new and worthy owner. It is by far the best Les Paul I have ever played (I started playing in 1969)
I must stress that this guitar is NOT a Chinese-made fake, nor a more recent Gibson re-run; that will be apparent to everyone, given its wonderful 'road-worn' condition

Rare CSL (Charles Summerfield Ltd) pre-Ibanez, 1970??shollow body "Lawsuit" electric guitar, made in Japan
Design basedon Gibson ES-330TD / ES-335TD / ES-345TD
Completeand original, including the often missing scratch plate
Earlypre-serial number example.
Working, but would benefit from a service after years in storage.

Samick Artist Series Electric / Electro Acoustic Mandolin

Up for sale is a Samick electro acoustic mandolin. This sounds great either plugged in or unplugged. Recently setup with new strings. Laminated wood body with single pickup. Finished in red with a black back and mock tortoiseshell pickguard.

Not totally sure on age but would guess 1970s or 1980s.

Classic Marshall Bass 12 combo amp, on a Y serial number so produced in 1990. Full working order with a few battle scars (pictured), but all in all not bad for a 34 year old amp. Still with the original and highly regarded Celestion G10L-35 speaker, the amp is all original apart from the potentiometer knobs which look to be relatively new, these weren't changed during my ownership. Pots are quite stiff, no crackling etc but could use some deoxit to clean them up, never really bothered me as ... more
