This a killer bass and a total P bass killer. Gibson released these to compete with the p bass and they are far, far, better quality. Mahogany body, Mable neck, brass nut, active and passive humbuckers with MOOG electronics! All original with the original case. The original case is pretty beat up with a buckle replaced but still road Worthy. Original paperwork still with it. The guitar is set up to play easy with a low action and great sound. Up for sale is an extremely rare Gibson 1980s three-point top-adjust "tune-o-matic" bridge
All original and complete
FANTASTIC cosmetic and working condition!
No breaks, cracks or repairs.
The top-adjust bridge was first used on the Gibson Explorer II, ES-335 dot, and later the Victory MV2 and MV10 models, and although clearly a very well conceived piece of hardware, it does not seem to have gained the useage perhaps it deserved. Good condition. This bass was reportedly owned by the bassist from Mountain, but we have no documentation to confirm this. The Scott Moon dragon / dinosaur painting is fun. It apparently was painted in 1988 according to the signature. Comes with a non-original neck plate.

This is a Vintage 1981 USA made Gibson Victory Standard Bass Body. No other parts are included. It weighs 6 lbs 15 oz. There's LOTS of wear, nicks, dings, paint chips, and buckle wear.
