~ Oahu Valco RED PEARLOID 1950'S Vintage Lap Steel Guitar With Case ~
Great RED PEARL color on this one! Guitar was tested and is working fine and has great tone! The controls are working fine. Tuners are working fine. Original case has wear but still works. On the side there is a crack in the red pearl and the pearl laminate has lifted some at that point (see photo 6).
Lap steel has typical aging but it still looks good!

This is a VINTAGE 1958 AIRLINE TOWN AND COUNTRY Electric Guitar in SUNBURST Finish. Made in the USA for Montgomery Wards by the VALCO / SUPRO / NATIONAL Co. This guitar was damaged and repaired. Tres cool Custom Kraft Ambassador single pickup electric, USA-made in 1960s, in a very Lake Placid-ish blue metallic. These were an amalgam of Kay and Valco parts and construction. Very strong Valco pup (as used on Supros and Nationals) in middle position. All original, except for string retainers that I modified to get better downward tension at the nut. 1960??s Gretsch (Valco Made) Dual Twin model 6161 guitar amplifier In excellent condition. It??s all original except 2 new Celestion Ten 30 speakers and a 3 prong cord to properly ground the amp. VINTAGE 1953 NATIONAL VALCO CHICAGO 51 TUBE AMPLIFIER - BLUE LABEL
This particular amplifier is all original, excellent condition and in perfect working condition. The original tweed is good with just a few wear spots, original speaker, original 2 prong plug, original leather handle, features the rare blue label National metal logo. Here is a beautiful 1960??s Supro 16t amp that is in perfect working condition and is in excellent shape cosmetically. Really an absolutely beautiful old Supro amp that??s been very well taken care of for the last 60 years. Everything works exactly as it should. Sounds great. Very rare 1957 Valco made Gretsch Electromatic 6155 tube amp. In good working condition. Body is in great shape over all with wear. Some denting by one input. All inputs work. Middle input needs a little jiggle sometimes but works good otherwise. Ask any questions and I'll try and answer them.... more

Here we have a neat combo of a killer cool 1955 Supro Airliner Lapsteel w / its groovie Black & White deco finish along w / a very rare Blue Tolex Supro Studio Model 5 Guitar Amp both in excellent Original Shape ! As you can see, the original leather handle broke just recently & is included. It sounds pretty good ! No tears in the Grill Cloth. The original Blue Tolex is in great shape. This amp has been fully serviced to the stock schematic drawing by Terry Dobbs (aka Mr Valco) in Indiana USA.

The original Rola speaker has been reconed by Gordon Kjellberg in Seattle, he is one of the very best in the business, he uses light weight cone material like what was used in that period
