Sears Model 1248 Acoustic Guitar. Made in Korea from late 60s till early 70s by Harmony, 1972 is when Sears logo went to the atom style instead of the Sears brand name. Here's a super cool Fender spring reverb unit. Model FR-1000. This was made sometime in between 68 and 73. I forgot to note the pot dates when it was being serviced. It was just recapped and checked over. A grounded AC power cable was installed. Some solders were re-melted and one pot was replaced and its working perfectly. The spring tank is in good order. Comes with single button footswitch for remote operation. This is a really great way to get a Fender reverb sound with any amplifier. ... more

Made in 1967 or 1968 this Supro S667 is a cool piece of vintage gear. Looks good for it's age but not perfect by any means. Tried to get the imperfections in the photos but happy to take more if requested. Not fit for a showroom collection but definitely a cool player guitar. Cool little rocker I believe to be all original. Plays nicely, and has that punchy garage rock tone provided by the single bridge position pick-up. Very mimimal fret-ware, and the action is pretty nice already. All electrics (all two!) work as they should. It is missing the tremelo bar, but the spring and nut under the bridge are there. Comes with a vintage inspired hardcase.

This is a 1966 - 1968 Fender Jaguar electric guitar. What makes this somewhat of a rare guitar is that the hardware is all dated to 1966, but the logo on the headstock (which is partially rubbed off) dates to 1968. My best guess on this is that it was assembled in 1968 using 1966 parts, and a 1968 decal / logo put on. The decal on the headstock is original and tested under blacklight. Lots of finish checking, but works well with good sound and a particularly comfortable neck for a Vox. This specific guitar was borrowed by Anton Newcombe of the Brian Jonestown Massacre to be his guitar for his 2010 US tour when his own guitar was being repaired (I added a couple of pics taken off the internet of him with it). He picked this as his preferred one amongst six Vox guitars I had at the time

An incredibly rare and beautiful example of a late 60s Gibson EB-2 bass (as played by the likes of Chas Chandler etc )

In a very rare factory-original Sparkling Burgundy Metallic finish. These finishes were done at the factory back in the day over the top of sunburst finishes if there were any imperfections, so these are pretty hard to find - especially in such great condition!
