This is PRE-OWNED and was WELL PLAYED. It Does Have nicks, paint chips, scuffs and light rust, the Tailpiece was Replaced, so there is a hole below where the Original Tailpiece was (See Photo #9). Otherwise, it still sounded good when we tried it out.

Nice Lawsuit Dove acoustic guitar, dreadnought size, sounds great, adjustable metal saddle bridge is bottomed out, strings are slightly higher at the 12th fret but nothing out of the ordinary and still playable, you could remove the saddle and replace with an all bone piece and adjust the strings even lower without having to do a neck reset. Sweet Japanese or other Asian vintage 70s guitar, this one is branded Richmond on the headstock. No markings on the back plate but appears to be Japanese, could be Korean but I feel its Japanese. Original cream dream color, this is a little more white in the photos but its not yellow in person.
