Here is a 1965 Martin D-28 Brazilian Rosewood Dreadnought
The guitar was restored by Luthier Cristian Mirabella, known for his D'Angelico work as well as Martin and others
The top was replaced with Martin NOS spruce. He informed me that the top is likely older than the guitar itself. The bridge is original as well as the tuners, pickguard. The neck was reset during the restoration as well. We kept the back and sides finish original which has aged and lacquer worn in spots from playwear. ... view on ebay

Ok if you are looking at it you know it is a very rare Electro Harmonix dreadnought # 490118 made in 1974 for about a year by Morris in Japan. Intended to be an exact copy of the Martin D 28 it actually exceeded that quality according to many who have owned it. Only built for a very very short period of time in 1974 for about a year. Well-played guitar, but structurally very stable
This is the consequence of nice acoustic sound, it would have some battle scars.

Has a tiny crack about two inches just below the pickguard

Had a neck reset already and the bridge might have been shaven in the past too, before it had a neck reset

Many years ago, there was a gibson pickguard stuck to this at one point of its life and bolted the bridge which has been professionally fixed now
