Vintage guitars for sale: 1955

Hello. I am selling this 1955 Smaller sized C shaped ??Peanut?? model 1357 Silvertone guitar made by Danelectro. It is pretty rare. It was apparently damaged at some point. The cable must have got yanked and messed up the output jack. They repaired the hole to some degree and moved the jack to the front of the guitar. The pickup is original but they removed the toggle switch and changed the pots and made a pick guard to fit the new arrangement. It plays great and sounds really cool. Great ... more

This 1955 Epiphone Harry Volpe is from the end period of Epiphone as an independent company, shortly prior to the Gibson buyout. The Volpe model is an all maple laminate, hollow body, archtop, electric guitar with a 15 1 / 4 inch lower bout. The neck is mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard.

I've got a very nice clean 1955 Gibson Century Lap Steel in its original and rare blue finish. This finish is somewhere between a blue and green but it's listed as blue. great rare guitar ,I have listed as parts repair not working because although super original and rare it has a historic crack repair many years old (as shown on side) in my ears it sounds / plays ok but I am no expert probably fine but i don't know but it does have great patina!
