This listing is for a control plate from a 1951 Fender Nocaster / Telecaster. I don't know the serial number, the bridge was changed in the 70's. The control plate is almost all stock except in the 60's it had its selector switch changed and rather than reuse the old screws, they countersunk to fit Strat style switch screws. It really sucks, but the stock screws still fits and covers the bevel completely. So once assembled, nobody will know.

This listing is for a bakelite pickguard off a 1951 Broadcaster / Telecaster / Nocaster. This is the original stamped part with non-beveled edges. Lacquer is almost completely worn away. It has some distortion in the finish on top from a sticker that was on it, protecting it for years. The wear around it made the protected spot look different. Has that usual for the era greenish gray splotchy look. You can see a very faint paint can halo on the back.

Here is a 1951 Epiphone Triumph archtop that is in really good condition and plays really nicely. Neck is straight and guitar plays great all the way up the fretboard. Low action with a really nice tone. This 75 year old guitar looks like it was hardly ever played. Frets are in incredible condition and the entire guitar is in really good condition. Very good condition 1951 Gibson L-4 in sunburst. No breaks. All original outside of the added DeArmond neck pickup. All top cracks have been glued and are not moving at all. Original tail piece is snug to the body. Original bridge is in good condition. Frets feel good and the action is nice and low. Very easy to play up the entire neck. This is an amazing Rare Amplifier. The Fender "Professional" Pro Amp. This is a really early wide panel. The original Jensen speaker isintact and sounds amazing. Amazing Gibson lg1 from 1951
You can see from the photos this has not spent its life in the case.
It??s had some repairs to both sides, look like wood cracks that have been repaired and all looks to a great standard.
The playability is great - the guitar came from a pro studio. The action at the 12th fret is 2 5mm on the low E and 2mm on the high E. The saddle is 2mm high
The frets are in good shape, re-fretted but with sensible modern frets

Selling here is a 2022 Fender American Vintage ii 1951 Telecaster. Remade to exact specs of 1951 model.


I??ve modded this model by pulling out the pure vintage original pickups and installed a set of Joe Bonamassa??s Bludgeons. It has a Humbucker in the neck and matching bridge pickup. The Bonamassa set retail for approx $900 so are a very good sounding set of pickups.
