This case was made by Lifton for Gibson in the late 1950's and is one of the cleaner examples of these cases we've come across. Hate to let this go, an absolute dream of a player grade vintage guitar but needs must with an upcoming marriage and trying to get on the property ladder
Up for sale is my 1967 ES-345 in original finish. I bought this from southside guitars in 2023 and bought it to Joe Dobson from Josephkaye guitars to inspect and bring it up to max playability.
It??s faded nicely to a burnt orange but you can see the original colour on the back, under the pickguard and the trapeze tan line.

Selling my beautiful ES345 in sixties cherry vintage, the guitar is in excellent condition, no dings or blemishes
I have upgraded a few parts:
- Hardware is Faber Aged Nickel as I find it superior than normal Gibson production
- Pickups are BareKnuckle Aged Nickel Abraxas set (£400)
The sound is amazing the slightly overwound Abraxas set sounds amazing, goes from Jazz all the way to Hard rock, the neck is fabulous mid C, not super chunky but not super think a good compromise in ... more
