Here's some vintage goodness looking for a new home
VG condition, tons of honest play, checking throughout, dripping with mojo, for sure. The only thing replaced on it is the bridge. The original is in the case. As with many played instruments from this era, bridges often start to "smile, " they start to curve slightly. This case was made by Lifton for Gibson in the late 1950's and is one of the cleaner examples of these cases we've come across. This is a very user friendly 1959 Gibson ES-345TDSV Stereo Varitone that is most guitar players favorite type guitar that can be used for every type of music on earth. I am selling a pristine 1970 orange label Gibson ES-345 that is easily the cleanest on the market and plays as nice as it looks. This example has been expertly re-wired from stereo to mono (in order to be playable through a single amp, essentially turning it into an ES-335), so Varitone knob is bypassed (this was a $500 modification). Hate to let this go, an absolute dream of a player grade vintage guitar but needs must with an upcoming marriage and trying to get on the property ladder
Up for sale is my 1967 ES-345 in original finish. I bought this from southside guitars in 2023 and bought it to Joe Dobson from Josephkaye guitars to inspect and bring it up to max playability.
