Here??s a wonderful and original AMPEG M-15 amp born in 1961. Purchased from the original family, this amp is a true treasure. Tubes are original to the amp and all tested out GOOD. Speaker is Jensen and sounds great. Foot switch is there and original ??. Though I didn??t hear much of a difference when engaged. The amp itself sounds great! Here is a fully functioning and very nice sounding 1960??s Ampeg BT-15 amp. This solid state amp sounds really nice plugged in. All controls work properly. No issues with sound in any way. Tolex has quite a few signs of wear and tear from over the years. Bottom is almost completely gone. But overall, it actually looks ok and could be fixed up with a little bit of effort. First generation AMPEG SVT "blue line" 300 watt, 2 channel Bass Head. 1996-1970
This particular Ampeg was used by Bay area thrash / crossover pioneers DRI. (Dirty Rotten Imbeciles) from 1994 to 1999. 1970's Series Ampeg V-9 Head ! Recently serviced!. Condition is "Used " . This is the purely Guitar head design! It??s 300 watts of gut crunching power. New power tubes ( 6 x 6550s) , the preamp and reverb tubes were tested and replaced where needed. All caps were changed as well- please view the pics. This thing has seriously huge transformers and the head weighs in just under 100lbs so it will be pick up on-site only. The these are rare and not for the feint of heart!
