This is a rare Made in Japan Squier by Fender Jazz Bass. The serial number indicates that it was made between 1984 and 1987. It is finished in black paint, presumably with a maple neck and a rosewood fretboard (although I can't verify the wood species myself)

Considering its age, this 1975 American Fender Jazz Bass is in pretty amazing condition.
It isn't perfect as it has some slight damage to the finish on the right side of its body which is shown in the pictures but asides from that and some light scratches, the finish is almost perfect.
It also has some slight wear to the frets, mainly on the D string but nothing that compromises its playability or sound
