Vintage guitars for sale: Commodore

Commodore guitar, made in Japan in the early 70??s at the Matsumoku factory.
It is exactly the same as the Epiphone EA-250, except the colour, the ??e?? on the pickguard, and the headstock shape, but it is basically the same (these were made in the same factory, by the same people)

A lovely guitar with nice action and playability. Started my journey over 20 years ago bought on a whim for £250 but not really my style and not played much. Electronics are working, however, the lead takes a bit of twisting around before the guitar is functional, so I think the input jack needs replacinig, however it sounds great & is comfortable to play

A vintage Commodore semi acoustic bass guitar, Made in Japan' 1960s / 70s very similar to the epiphone ea260 bass from the same era and made in the same factory. The bass is in really good condition but has a broken tuner and does shows signs of age and wear. The bass all works as it should but would benefit from a good set up . I have turned the truss rod and it??s stiff but does move . All seems totally original but the pick guard is missing . Collection only come and try before you buy ... more
