Last year for Matsumoku guitars, this 1987 Spectrum 2 showcases their build for a shredding superstrat guitar. Very low action and heavy metal tone Is just what the doctor ordered. A great player with several bumps and chips as shown in pics but just cosmetic. Very little fretwear on neck. Missing Allen wrenches, locking nut blocks and screws and no trem arm. Weighs in at 8 5lbs. Plays out nicely. Comes with rough OHSC but protects guitar.

This is a really beautiful clean instrument. This is the ES-335 style thin line body. This come with the cool trapeze style tremelo system. This is something you don't see often - a half-century-old and fully operational Aria Diamond 5020 from the Matsumoku factory
Manufactured between 1970-74, the 5020 is a maple hollowbody shortscale (30, 5 " ) with rosewood fingerboard and sunburst finish. This one must date from the early days of production - inside the box you'll see a label with the name Arai (after the company's founder, Shiro Arai - 'Aria' came a little later as easier to pronounce for Western audiences)

1983 Epiphone Sheraton made in Japan matsumoku factory, pre elitist model and pre cheaper Korean and Chinese models. The guitar is in brilliant condition for being 43 years old, very high build quality and woods in these older Japanese models, the frets are original and in fantastic condition and the guitar plays and sounds amazing. Same year, colour and manufacturer as Noel Gallaghers Epiphone Riviera, basically the same guitar but with fancier headstock and fret board inlays.... more

Aria Pro II Cardinal series CS-350 in See Thru Red. Made in 1981 at the Matsumoku factory Japan. Really cool guitars ( Kurt Cobain played, smashed and burned a CS-250) and are one of the best guitars to come out of Japan in this price range.
