An early bowl or melon back mandolin. Tag and head stock marks this as a Kent. In overall good used condition with some wear. Strings will likely need replacing. Some wear and marking to the face. The MOP inlays look good. Nice overall.

60's / 70's Teisco, Kawai, Kent, / others electric guitar pickguard. Made in Japan. Not sure what this was removed from, so match yours up wth the pics. This is an original chrome all metal guard not a reproduction. It has scuffs and scratches, but is not warped or bent. Overall a very usable pickguard for your project.

Hi Yes Winter is here ,and I'm back with still more stuff from a long closed New England Luthier / vintage guitar shop.
Today I have a working vintage import Japanese ? Teisco ? guitar pickup 4 9 on my fluke meter. There is a chip in the white piece under the pole pieces. Doesn't effect function and could be easily repaired. Superb guitar by Kent (On licence from Hagstrom I think) which I believe was manufactured between 1962 - 1964. Guitar plays well and is in full working order. Some small bits of the vinyl covering has been scuffed in a few places and there are two small metal pins near where the neck joins the body of the guitar. The tremolo arm is missing but these can be sourced online now and again. This is a rare guitar and is in great condition for it`s age
