Here we have a well-preserved Junior from 1960. This double cut version is in very good condition overall with a vibrant cherry red finish that is unfaded. The guitar appears to have been stored for most of its life as the hardware and parts shine like new. The finish is glossy-new in a way, but the guitar does show buckle wear and long faint scratches on its surface. It looks like someone gigged the guitar a handful of times, but then just put it away forever

1936 Gibson L-5
A beautiful example from the peak period of acoustic archtop production out of Kalamazoo. This is an early "Advanced" version of the L-5, which had just increased in size from a 16" lower bout to a 17" lower bout in the year before this guitar was built. At this time the bracing pattern was changed to an X braced instrument, as opposed to the previous parallel bracing pattern. This change was somewhat short lived, as they reverted to parallel bracing just a few years later. ... more

This Fender Jaguar was made in the USA in 1972. While Fender made loads of Jaguars throughout the 1960's, relatively few were made during the 1970's and custom color examples from this period are exceedingly unusual. This example has a beautiful Lake Placid Blue finish. While Fender gave Jaguars and Jazzmaster of the 60's a matching headstock, along with Jazz Basses, by around 1970 or 1971 Fender stopped the matching headstock feature. This is a very cool Rickenbacker Rose Morris model 1997, which is similar to the model 330. It was made in the USA in 1965. What makes this somewhat of a rare guitar is that the hardware is all dated to 1966, but the logo on the headstock (which is partially rubbed off) dates to 1968. My best guess on this is that it was assembled in 1968 using 1966 parts, and a 1968 decal / logo put on. The decal on the headstock is original and tested under blacklight. This is a neat early Mustang Bass from Fender. This 1966 model sports a Dakota Red finish with all original parts and electronics.
The bass and original case are extremely clean. There is checking on the body and headstock, as well as some light dings and topical scratches. This is a very nice Fender Musicmaster that was made in the USA in 1964. The body has been refinished sunburst a long time ago, and there is a route for a humbucker in the bridge position under the pickguard. The neck pocket was very slightly extended towards the bridge. The neck dates to December 1963, the pickup and volume pot date to 1964. The pickguard is an original anodized guard that is likely from an earlier Musicmaster and the tone pot is changed. This listing is for a monster player 1965 Gibson Melody Maker. This Double Cut single pickup Gibson Melody Maker was in 1965. The guitar has been professionally set up and plays great with low and comfortable action. As you can see, the original pickup has been changed to a vintage 1980's Dimarzio Super Distortion with a very high output.
