Bought this guitar a few years back as a backup for gigging but I don't need it now due to pulling away from live music. It's a lovely sounding guitar and still in excellent condition apart from several dents, where it took a bash before I bought it. The photo shows the extent of that. The rest of the body is in fine condition and the frets and fret board are too. I personally rate this Tokai as having a similar quality to the Japanese Fenders I've owned in the past.... more

Relatively rare vintage guitar. A Tokai SG (S60) from 1985 in aged white based on a ?61 SG. All stock except for 1 tuner which was changed at some point. Very light guitar with all the vintage SG vibe. The PAF-voiced HBs are bright and open sounding. The neck is medium with lots of life in the frets and the guitar plays well. Overall very good condition with a few minor age-related marks. It could benefit from new strings. Comes with an after-market gig bag.
