First, this guitar is over 50 years old. It sounds beautiful, warm and bright, really amazing. Strings are old but it still holds tune perfect. Hard to let it go, but personal reasons force possible sale. Action is low. It's been loved it's whole life, very good condition. Please see all pics. A few bumps and light scratches. The bridge has been replaced by previous owner, but a good job there. No other repairs that I can see. The case is a Larivee and fit is perfect.

Plays and sounds great, but has a few issues. There's a small hole in the lower bout near the bottom strap button. There's some wood splintered from the inside of the slotted headstock. Made in Japan in the mid-80's, the Yamaha 1300TS was an at-the-time "modern" upgrade of Yamaha's venerable SG line of the 70's (made famous by players like Carlos Santana and Al DiMeola ). The SG-1300TS is pretty similar to the SG-2000s with its brass hardware and body shape, but differs in it's set-neck construction rather than neck-through. Here we have a beautiful vintage Japanese Yamaha SA90 from circa 1974. Everything is original. It has a nice feeling '59 profile neck with an ebony fingerboard. Nothing bad has happened to it. It??s had no breaks / repairs etc. The neck is dead straight, truss rod is working fine and there is plenty of life left in the frets. This is a superb example of an MIJ SA2000, in a rather beautiful natural finish. Body construction is beech, birch and maple with a spruce block. Neck is bound mahogany with an ebony board and MOP inlays. Electronics wise we have Alnico II split coil humbuckers. It??s in excellent condition with only a few light marks, and just some slight clouding of the lacquer on the headstock face and back of the neck, plus a bit of tarnish on the hardware.

These are the (complete set of) tuners from a 1978 Yamaha Super Fighter 500, with its 3-a-side headstock.
For those interested in the specifics, These have 10mm (screw in from the front) bushings and they have the 90 degree back fixing screw, so they match the Gotoh 301 series. I know this because that is what has replaced them! All six fixing screws are there, as are the bushings.
