What I can tell you is, it works I can show you it working. It's loud. it's all original, I've owned it from the early 80's, and being a gigging amp it needs some minor attention such as: handle (one of the end covers is missing), two knobs ( originals lost on the road and substitutes fitted). standby neon in switch does not illuminated, and mains cord needs re-securing ( I would suggest replacing as this amp is about 50 years)

This vintage Selmer amp from their 'Black & Silver' early 1970s period is working perfectly. and has had a very complete service including recapping and revalving to ensure it has many years of working life to come
All main power filter capacitors have been replaced with new F+T caps. The preamp power filters, bias and cathode bypass electrolytics have also been recapped with brand new capacitors. Controls and sockets have been cleaned, and a faulty presence control replaced. To top it ... more
