Fast neck. Great player. This is from the SB (Super Bass) range (77-83) though you would be hard pressed to know it from the overall condition. Other than the wear in the finish (you can see it in the pic) the bass is close to immaculate. "Bat Wing" headstock
I bought it with a gig bag & thats all I have . It was shipped to me that way . In a soft case in a guitar box stuffed with lots of cardboard & it was fine .

Action is a tad high. Could use a neck shim or remove the thumb wheels on the bridge. A lower bridge could work also

I bought this bass in a sorry state some years ago - it had a ??unique aftermarket?? painted finish which I promptly removed, opting instead for a Crimson Guitars stain and finish to show off the beauty of the wood. Unfortunately I do not have the time to complete the project.

This is the CSB-380 - the same model that was played by Kim Deal on the early Pixies records. One pickup, cherry red finish, solid tuners and three piece maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. Solid bridge. Nice and light so ideal for carrying to gigs and back. I have gigged this to great effect in the past and recorded with it as well
All functioning as it should, pots a little scratchy at times but easy to sort. Been looked after but has plenty of play wear so do not purchase if you are ... view on ebay
