This listing is for a super cool Used / Vintage Guild G-1000 Stereo Acoustic Guitar Amplifier. These amps are really fun and were only made for a short time in the early 1990's. The are great Solid-State Acoustic Guitar amps that also double as seat or stool with a padded cushion on the top. Talk about a great vintage amp that hardly anyone knows about. These Guild amps really fit the bill. The Maverick sounds great clean or overdriven. It has really great tone and is really responsive to touch. This one is all original, except for having Michael Clark of Clark Amplification swap the power cord for a properly grounded three prong cord and remove the "death cap" while inspecting it. Up for sale, a 1971 Guild Maverick 2x10?? combo amplifier in excellent condition and in perfect working order. Produced from roughly 1970-73, this 2x10?? combo was crafted at the Hoboken, New Jersey factory prior to Guild outsourcing their amp production. A streamlined, no-frills vintage tube tone machine, the Maverick is warm and natural-sounding, featuring a pair of modern Jensen 10?? speakers with a unique tube complement driven by a pair of 7591A power tubes

Guild 66-J in very nice shape. You don??t see these every day! The amp has been recently serviced, has a 3-prong grounded cable, and sounds fantastic. The 12" Jensen C12R speaker has been reconed. The speaker date code indicates 1962, probably the model year of the amp as well. The amp sounds wonderful??the tremolo on this amp is exceptional! Normal wear for a 64 year old amplifier

In the shop we have a a 60s Guild Thunderbird Guitar Tube Combo!
As pictured this amp has seen better days. There is a lot of basement that came with it when it was brought in. As pictured, the grill cloth has been stained, as well as the back cover. Amp has a 3 prong plug, but still has old caps and older tubes  
This amp has both a 12" speaker for the main channel and tremolo and an 8" speaker for reverb! Neat!

This guild Amp head cover measures 17 1 / 2 inches long and approximately 10 inches at the base and 7 1 / 2 inches at the top. It is in great condition with no rips and no tears there is light white spotting on top possibly from paint it??s very hard to photograph
