Here we have a really sweet 57 Gibson L48 archtop guitar. It is a one owner guitar that was brought in by the son of the original owner who has passed away. The Harmony H62 (c. 1957)?? Basically the poor musician??s Chuck Berry guitar. Big sexy full-depth round cutaway electric archtop with single coil Gibson pickups. Of course, for one-fifth the price there are a FEW differences. Only 16?? instead 17?? as for the ES 350. And it IS a Harmony and NOT a Gibson. Those Gibson P-13 pups were eventually replaced over in Kalamazoo by the new P-90 and farmed out to other companies. Gibson B-25 made in Kalamazoo plant in 1969. Serial number 907716. it's a standard B25 model (natural top) ladder braced, with mahogany sides, back and neck and at that time a narrow 1 7 / 16" nut width. the bridge was repaired at some point (seems flat, maybe shaved) and the pickguard may be off of a Martin. Hello and thanks for checking out this vintage Gibson! In 1973 Gibson reintroduced the J-55 and this is an early prototype from late 72 to early 73. You will noticed at the factory they put on a black headstock veneer with single ply white binding. Also the logo is the ??non dotted i?? they used from 68-72. Factory Shaller tuners they were experimenting with. No serial on the back of the headstock which they did with some prototypes. Up for sale is a 1965 Gibson LG-1 acoustic guitar. This guitar is in fair to good condition. It does show normal signs of age and use, including scratches, dents and dings. The finish on this guitar is crackling, over most of the guitar. There are small holes on the front of the body where I suspect the pick guard use to be. The tuners have also been changed out, and the original tuner holes are exposed. There are no cracks to the body or necks. There is light fret wear.

This is a beautiful thinline hollow body guitar and the black pickguard / housing is not cracked which is rare in this model I do not know if the case is original or not. I will fill this case with the guitar and tight bubble wrap to protect the guitar during shipping. The volume and tone knobs were a little crackly at times but they seem to work fine now. Amazing Gibson lg1 from 1951
You can see from the photos this has not spent its life in the case.
It??s had some repairs to both sides, look like wood cracks that have been repaired and all looks to a great standard.
The playability is great - the guitar came from a pro studio. The action at the 12th fret is 2 5mm on the low E and 2mm on the high E. The saddle is 2mm high
The frets are in good shape, re-fretted but with sensible modern frets
