This Fender Jaguar was made in the USA in 1972. While Fender made loads of Jaguars throughout the 1960's, relatively few were made during the 1970's and custom color examples from this period are exceedingly unusual. While Fender gave Jaguars and Jazzmaster of the 60's a matching headstock, along with Jazz Basses, by around 1970 or 1971 Fender stopped the matching headstock feature. This is a vintage Yamaha FG-240 Nippon Gakki acoustic guitar that was made in Japan in 1972. It has a spruce top and mahogany back and sides. To improve the sound quality, the original plastic nut and plastic bridge pins have been replaced with bone. It also has a bone saddle along with new D'addario EJ16 phosphor bronze light gauge strings. Considering the age of the guitar, it is still in pretty decent shape. A classical guitar made in 1972 by Hilario Carracedo, a well-known luthier in Argentina. It is in a very good condition with only minor cosmetic blemishes which are expected on an instrument over 50 years old. There are no structural issues, the center seam that is seen on the soundboard was consolidated (with the use of hide glue) and it is solid. 1972 Fender Mustang with a 1969 neck. Not sure the story here. Does not appear to be modified and looks all original. Not a lot of wear for a guitar of its age. Pickguard is split by one screw hole. I acquired this guitar from the original owner who told me he bought it new in 1973 or 74. The softshell case's wouldn't stay closed over the years so he junked it and got another one for it. The guitar itself is in excellent condition, I don't believe he played it too much over the years if at all, since the frets show no wear. It is all original, unmodified. I am listing lower than any others I can find currently on the market, only because it does have honest fret wear. It still plays fine imo however. Vintage Archtop Guitar

Quirky old 1972 Guyatone with a booster switch and two p90s. They run on the hotter side especially with the booster - love using the neck for jazz and there is heaps of depth and personality in the tone but it was actually intended as a rockabilly guitar. If you put roundwounds on it, it sounds great playing twangier, snarly material.

Comes with a stock Bigsby style bridge - I have the arm off for storage but obviously included in sale
