Made in USA 1978 Fender Musicmaster Bass in very good condition, never gigged, and it has only been used sparingly in my home. As a matter of fact, it has never even left my climate controlled home. I bought it new in 1979 for my wife to learn to play, but it just wasn't her thing, I used it a few times for recording and making loops. Such a sweet guitar. In great shape. Sounds and plays incredible. When I got the guitar, the neck pickup had been swapped fairly sloppily and it was out of phase in the middle. I installed a vintage dimarzio humbucker and cleaned up the solder job to the wiring harness. Straight out of my "Time Machine" in near mint condition. In amazing condition for a nearly 50 year old guitar.
A total chicken picken machine.
All original parts.
Has a small crack on the heel of the neck that has been professionally repaired and a re-fret at some point.
Otherwise would be a 5 grand guitar if it didn??t have the crack. ( see picture )

Founder guitars were made in the late 1970s in Japan. The brand was was owned by Daion and distributed by Rokkoman. According to most sources the guitars were a sister brand to JooDee and made by either Yamaki or Dyna Gakki ( of Tokai fame). The guitars were all based on famous US brands offerings. Fender Precision, olympic white, made in USA 1978. If you're going to buy a P, why not do it properly, right? This creamy character has seen a few things over the decades, but it's aged pretty gracefully overall. The neck is on the fat side, but it balances nicely against the lightweight body and sits in the hand nicely. It's halfway between a C and a V profile, which sounds odd, but feels great in the hands. Yamaha SA700, red, made in Japan 1978. The SA series kicked off in 1966, and still exists today. The late-70s versions of these models referenced the Gibson ES-335 more closely than the earlier examples, so you get an arched laminate top and back with a centre block and the traditional set of controls.
