I've got a very nice clean 1955 Gibson Century Lap Steel in its original and rare blue finish. This finish is somewhere between a blue and green but it's listed as blue. These are tough to find in good shape and this is one is in excellent condition. It does have a few minor dings (see photos), but overall, it's in fantastic shape. Introduced in mid-'57, the Skylark Lap Steel became very popular for the
Gibson brand and continued until production ended in 1968.
The Lap Steel features the Korina wood body that was used for the Flying V

Beautiful vintage Gibson Skylark for sale. The first number of the serial is very hard to make out. It looks like 02601 but the first number is faded so possibly 62601 .
