Here we have a wonderful vintage 1954 Fender Deluxe 5D3 Amplifier! This wide panel tweed model is in very good overall condition and good working order. It is serial number 3665 and has DL stamped on the tube chart. The speaker code is 220446 and the transformers look original. It has a replaced handle. This 1954 Wide Panel Tweed Pro is in excellent working order. The only replaced component is the Jensen P15P which dates to 1958. Everything else is original including all electronics (including electroytics), transformers, pots, tweed covering, grill cloth, handle, and 2 prong power cord

Here is a set of vintage Gibson P-90 soapbar pickups. These came out of a 1953 Les Paul Goldtop that was too far gone and is now being converted to later 50's specs. These have their factory cream covers. The pickups have no lead wires on them. The pickup lead wires were compromised due to a previous refin. There is a bit of varnish on the leads from the V P.I. process where transformer windings are submerged in hot varnish and then pressurized with air to force the varnish deep into the windings. 1954 Gibson BR-9, this was the BR-9 that came out before the GA-9 and after the original BR-9 was no longer being made. This BR-9 has the identical circuit as the newer GA-9 with only a couple minor changes. This model also has the original 10?? This guitar and its original case are time capsules. The original stencil artwork looks as it did when new in 1954. Case does have a little wear around one of the edges, and there is a puncture as shown in the picture. Other than that, the case is an amazing condition. This is a rare Earth Sound Research guitar amp from about 1975. I purchased it from the original owner about 1978 and have kept it in my home since. Original 1954 Stratocaster pickup cover in polystyrene (aka "Bakelite " ) used only for the very first years, from 1954 to early 1957
The remaining structure is in good condition with no cracks or repairs. The top side has been lost over the years, however it is usable because the side part protects the winding leaving visible the black base of the pickup exposed (see the photos of the cover installed on the pickguard)
