Although it is a 12-string guitar, it is currently strung as a 6 string. Like many 12-string guitars, the action can become rather sky high, which might require expensive and invasive repairs. Good condition, plays great. The odd mark here and there as expected for a used instrument. Some indendations in the wood as pictured. Has one tuning peg replaced.
