This is a vintage epiphone EP 800 guitar amplifier made by Gibson musical instruments. It is a great working amplifier with great sound and a lot of punch. This period of epiphones amps were made in Korea not China. The power input on this is 25 watts so the output has to be something less than that. GIBSON 1954 VINTAGE LES PAUL JR AMPLIFIER IN EXCELLENT WORKING CONDITION. This is a 3 tube amplifier, using 5Y3 Rectifier, 6SJ7 preamp, and 6V6 output. I replaced the filter capacitors, the coupling capacitors with 630 Volt rated film capacitors, and the filter capacitors with 600 Volt electrolytics, thus replacing the ancient paper capacitors (known to be normal early failures) of that vintage electronics.
