So, gather up your skiffle band and ferry ?cross the Mersey! Interesting little Beatles pre-Hamburg era Egmond parlor guitar. Yes, yes, the one seen in photos of George is actually a couple years older and lacks the adhesive attached ??pickguard??. However, these little buggers definitely have that British Invasion thing going on. Of course, they have to play decently?? This one has a decent neck and frets, and I??ve got it set to 3 / 32??, which makes for easy short-scale playing. In very good ... view on ebay

It??s in decent shape for its age. Doesn??t play great as expected for a guitar like this. okay in the lower frets, but frets out on the higher frets with any sort of lower action. The neck angle is adjustable with a flat head screw so no complicated neck reset is needed. That being said the neck looks to have a big bump at the 12th fret which is the reasoning for the fretting out. I could not find any cracks in the guitar, and the seams joining top back and sides seem tight. one tuner ... view on ebay

Cool vintage guitar in playable shape with a very vintage steel tailpiece style sound. It??s definitely not perfect condition and I am listing as fair. Looks to be all original. Back and bottom side seam needs attention, as its loose. Fretboard looks to be lifting from neck a bit. Neck has a slight bow even with truss rod all the way tightened. Neck reset isn??t an issue as this guitar has a bolted neck that adjusts the angle by tightening and loosening. It is behind the black plastic cap on the... view on ebay

Vintage tuners used by various European guitar makers from the 1950's and 60's. -- The shaft diameter is 7 / 32" or 5 5 mm and the ferrule diameter is 9 / 32" - 7 mm - includes original mounting screws
This has standard shaft spacing of 1 3 / 8" o r 35 mm - measured center to center so this will work for older American guitars too like Kay and Harmony. The buttons feel harder than plastic - could be glass or actual marble. The tuners work very well still
