1981 Gibson Les Paul Custom with an Alpine White finish. This is a one-owner guitar, and Les Paul himself hand-etched his signature on the body. Beautiful vintage Les Paul. This one has definitely seen tons of stages. All the wear is natural. This is one of those guitars that is a pleasure to play because it's so worn in in all the right spots.

The pots and harness / 3 way switch appear to be original. The tuners have been changed to Grovers. I'm not 100% sure but I think it's safe to say that it probably has a refret based on how much wear is on the guitar. medium jumbo frets look and feel new. The knobs are ... more

This example is all original less a pro refret and changed strap buttons. Wiring harness is nice and clean with all pots dating to the 4th week of 1976. This listing is for one (1) of Gibson "reflector" Volume knob from the early 60's. This has the "short shaft" that allow the knob to slip down over the mounting nut and the skirt buts up against the face. The older knobs have a taller shaft that seats the knob high up, resting on the mounting nut. This has a nice patina and discolor. The gold on the rear has greened. The metal cap is scratched, but lettering is still visible. The clear has aged to a transparent amber. Last picture shows it black... more

Up for bids is my Mike Ness 1976 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Goldtop. I have swapped out the mini humbuckers to the antiquity p90??s but the original pickups are included. The guitar is starting to get that nice patina and other than that it has very minor wear for a guitar that is almost 50 years old. There is minor worming on the back which I tried to capture. This is a vintage circa 1963 Gibson SG Junior. This is an awesome, awesome player's guitar. It was refinished some time ago after having its headstock and heel repaired. Just in is this really cool double cutaway 1959 Gibson Les Paul Jr. Its original cherry red finish is very nicely patinated w / slight play time all over. Its 1 piece mahogany neck is quite fat & feels great. Its single P-90 pickup screams like most of these bad boys do.
