Complete with all original Hofner parts and electronics all native to this bass. Comes with it's original 1961 Jakob Winter black case with green lining. The exact same case Paul had in Hamburg and in Liverpool until replaced by a Selmer tweed one in 1963. All clips and lock work fine and handle is good too.... more

I do know it is a very rare luthier made instrument from 1974, it was owned by my father from new and was one of his most prized possesions. I have heard this guitar played frequently and it is a beautiful sounding guitar. Up for sale a fine example of an early to mid seventies Strat .This one is in original Olympic White custom finish which has faded evenly and beautifully. It is in exemplary condition for its agar and is of medium weight and ash body.

All parts are factory original and internally only the switch changed out but 3-way original In the case . Pickups and pots date to early 76 and serial Number also to 76 and made at Fullerton California.
