For sale : Original 1958 Fender Precision Bass
Restored about 12 years ago in California. This Bass has had quiet a few changes including a professional re-finish to the body and a pro re-fret. It was originally sunburst which is still some there in the pickup Calverty. Both the Neck and Body pencil dates are present, the pickguard is a replacement - I don't know if its Fender made.

1971 Fender Stratocaster with the highly desirable 4-bolt neck plate of the 60s style before Fender switched to the three-bolt style shortly after this guitar was built. This specific guitar was borrowed by Anton Newcombe of the Brian Jonestown Massacre to be his guitar for his 2010 US tour when his own guitar was being repaired (I added a couple of pics taken off the internet of him with it). For sale is a genuine 1964 Fender Precision Bass

The bass is all original barring the pickups and the finish. This bass came to me with EMGs and active circuitry (!!) which I had replaced with Custom Shop 63s by my tech, sounds great and is as close to period-correct as you can get.
