This vintage and rare original 50's Gibson trapeze tail is correct for the ES-225 and ES-225td. Also will fit the ES-295 (which would've had gold hardware).

This is a 1958 5F8 Tweed Twin chassis. Serial #A00053
Obviously, its pretty rough, but it works, and it screams.
When I got it (chassis only), it had been neglected for years and was a mess. It needed a full cap job, new 3 prong cable, fuse holder, a few of the pots replaced, 1 input jack, the rectifier socket, and little bit of wiring cleanup work.

Here we have a vintage 1958 Fender Champ! This 5F1 circuit amp has a narrow panel and a tweed wrap. It's a 5 watt combo with 6V6 power and a single 8" speaker. This amp is in good shape. It has medium wear to the tweed and pitting on the control panel, but it retains its original handle. The amp has seen maintenance over the years and has a modern 3 prong power cable. Please note: 3 pots have the same code 134839 and the other pot is 134734, so I'm calling this a late 1958 or early 1959 harness. Available is a 1958 Gibson ES-225 vintage guitar in a classic Sunburst finish. I purchased the guitar about 25 years ago in stripped condition without parts. Structurally, it's in great condition with minimal lacquer finish checking. The neck shows no signs of breaks. Restored about 12 years ago in California. This Bass has had quiet a few changes including a professional re-finish to the body and a pro re-fret. Custom Shop '58 reissue (R8) Les Paul with Murphy Lab Ageing. It is covered in lacquer checking which looks superb on close inspection and when it catches the light (see photo where we've tried to illustrate this)
The condition is excellent (unsurprising given its only a few months old), and we could only identify a couple of very minor blemishes, which feel in keeping with the 'vintage-vibe' of the guitar

Selling my super rare natural Gibson J200 with factory original ??Double Guard?? from 1958 with it's OHSC. These were only produced in limited numbers of around 131 total untis in 1958 including sunburst models so being natural there would have been possibly less than 15 ever built.
