This is a 1958 5F8 Tweed Twin chassis. Serial #A00053
Obviously, its pretty rough, but it works, and it screams.
When I got it (chassis only), it had been neglected for years and was a mess. It needed a full cap job, new 3 prong cable, fuse holder, a few of the pots replaced, 1 input jack, the rectifier socket, and little bit of wiring cleanup work.

Someone attempted to route this guitar and cut off a good amount of the wood under the pickguard. Please study all photos for proper understanding of condition

The pickups on this guitar are not the original pickups, the pickups are Custom Shop Seymour Duncan Antiquities that were put in more recently. Aside from the pickup switch, everything underneath the pickguard has been replaced.

Selling a made in Korea Epiphone explorer. Pickups have been upgraded to a set of Seymour Duncan??s ( JB -bridge and 59-neck). Amazing sound out of this thing! I could not find a single blemish to note anywhere. Frets are in superb shape! The gold hardware shows aging, but that is normal. Everything functions perfectly! Very nice slim-taper neck

Here??s a very rare one. One of the first double cutaway Juniors from 1958. Only a few were made with the enlarged pick guard like this
It has the earliest serial number I??ve seen on a double cutaway Les Paul Junior.
The pick up may have been rewound as the solder joint looks re-done. The pots have 1957 date codes.

This is a 1958 Gibson J-45 in good condition. The factory order number inside the soundhole on the neck block begins with a 'T' which translates to 1958, as seen in the close-up picture. There are a couple of 'E' string cracks near the pick guard that have been repaired and properly cleated. The original finish has had a thin coat of overspray applied many years ago on the top area around the bridge and pickguard, and some touch-up paint around the sound hole. Over the years... more

This is a dual 6V6 combo of around 12-15 watts driving a quad of 8?? Weber speakers with on board tremolo, and offers an incredibly fat and lush tweedy voice with exactly the same circuit as the revered Gibson GA-40
