These came out of a 1974 Bassman Ten combo but are suitable for all Fender amps produced in the early to mid 1970's. These were produced at a time when CTS amp pots were being made in a Mexico facility. I believe they are 100K pots but one has mfg code 000651 and the other 000653 if that aids in identifying them. This is a 1957 Fender Tweed Tremolux amplifier in excellent working condition. I had this amp gone through by Amp Guys out of Sanford Florida. I am including their repair receipt. The original owner put some holes through the top of the cover (a common user modification) so that the thumb attachment screws would protrude and connect to the amplifier head. Up for grabs is a nice 1955 Fender Champ. The amp is in good condition, Tweed is all there, the grill is free of any snags or tears, the chassis still shines and the lettering is clear, and it still has it's original handle. It appears that only the electrolytic caps have been changed. It still retains all of it's original transformers. The 6 in. speaker is a replacement, but the amp still works as it should

1955 was a year when Fender made significant refinements for the Princeton. Based on my research, there were only 300 of the 5E2 amps. Check out the extremely low serial number P00183 and Lily signature on the label inside the amp. The circuit has a filter choke, evident on top of the chassis, and a negative feedback loop. Looks to be all original, in great working condition, volume pot occasionally scratchy, but only during operation not during playing.

Case has a crack in the tolex / case along one top edge as shown in photo, is solid though.

All electrolytics had been replaced already, and the "death cap" removed All tested working before listing Valves are Fender branded on the preamp side, JJ for the power amp Cosmetically, it's obviously showing signs of age. This is a late 1970s Fender Bassman 135 cabinet (maybe 1978 by serial number on back plate). Looks great on stage especially with a Silverface Fender Bassman head!
Made in USA. It originally housed four 12" speakers but is currently empty. Overall good condition, but with plenty of knocks, dings, scratches etc. Tolex peeling off at the bottom of the back, plenty of tarnish / rust on metal parts. It's clearly been gigged!
