Obviously, its pretty rough, but it works, and it screams.
When I got it (chassis only), it had been neglected for years and was a mess. It needed a full cap job, new 3 prong cable, fuse holder, a few of the pots replaced, 1 input jack, the rectifier socket, and little bit of wiring cleanup work.

This vintage Bassman has the original tweed covering, grill cloth and all of the main components are original. The tweed had lacquer applied decades ago. Some capacitors have been changed. One of the speakers was bad and has been replaced, but the same style Jenson from the same year was used. An incredible example of a '54 "Wide Panel" Tweed Deluxe, well preserved with typical cabinet wear from transport. I've had this amplifier since 1984 and I've used it extensively in the studio. It is an amazing sounding amp. Beautiful clean tones and ripping distortion. It has some cosmetic issues for sure (Back cab screws not original, cab handle broken, wear and tear) It was serviced in 94. Some internal components are not original. This is a rare Fender Princeton Reverb Silverface Combo Amp Circa 1977 -1981
The serial number has been scratched off which I didn't notice this until quite a few years after I bought it in 1989. However this amp has the push pull volume knob boost which fender introduced in 1977 and they then discontinued the amp in 1981 so the age of the amp is somewhere between those two dates

This amp is killer. Made in the USA in the early 00's, top of the range at the time and with LOADS of features. Also sexy as hell in blonde and oxblood.
Very rare now, I've seen these go for £800-1000. Its got 4x 6L6s, full sized tube-driven spring tank, two fx loops that are valve-driven, variable power amp speaker damping and is switchable between 25 watts and 100 watts.
