I bought this bass last year, and although it's a fantastic instrument, I bought it because of my love of The Police, not my need for yet another P Bass

This is a lovely example of an English made late 1960's Vibraslim. It is all original features and pickups. It has no modifications. It's tone is clean and sounds wonderful through an amp with it's Burns pickups.
It has the normal kind of age related lacquer cracks of these Burns designed guitars but they simply add to its character. It also has some dings on the edges / binding as you would expect from a working guitar that is near 57 years old. However, generally it is in pretty good nick... more
