This is a great original bass from late 1965.
Bass shows typical wear for a 60 year old instrument. Some checking in finish (see photos) minor nicks and a couple of paint chips in the lower horn. The neck is beautiful and action is low. Ashtray and pickup covers included. Stackpole pots are dated correctly and appear original. Pickup is original. Neck is stamped as Nov 5th 1965. There are grounding plates under the pick guard and under the pickup. This is a great playing bass with a nice ... view on ebay

Here is very cool vintage Japanese MIJ E-serial Fender 1957 Reissue Precision Bass in naturally aged classic Two Tone Sunburst. It is from 1989 (pencil dated at FujiGen under the clear coat on the neck heel). These early FujiGen built P-basses are incredibly sought-after for good reason. It??s a PB57 with an alder body and maple neck and fingerboard. The two tone sunburst is ageing beautifully and is offset with the FujiGen white pickguard. Its feels very comfortable to play. For the past 40 years, this vintage USA fender precision base has had very little home use and has had no gigging at all.
As far as I??m aware, everything is original, although I have not removed any internals to find this out. I have owned this guitar for 40 years. This fender precision base comes with a brand new fender case and will be well packaged if transit should be required together with the original cardboard fender outer box to the case.

I'm selling my long scale basses as I move over to medium and short scale. This bass is a heavy relic, hand made by Max Pagan in Italy. It is approximately eight years old. The pickup was hand wound by Curtis Novak in the US, and is a copy of a 1951 Precision Bass pickup. Body is Swamp Ash. Plays really well, no issues or defects. Comes with a hard case. Fender Precision, olympic white, made in USA 1978. If you're going to buy a P, why not do it properly, right? This creamy character has seen a few things over the decades, but it's aged pretty gracefully overall. The neck is on the fat side, but it balances nicely against the lightweight body and sits in the hand nicely. It's halfway between a C and a V profile, which sounds odd, but feels great in the hands. The original pickup and electronics are all intact, and it sounds fantastic. It's very ... view on ebay

Hi,
Selling my 1978 Fender Precision Bass after over 20 years of ownership. Bass in popular Olympic White colour. Sounds amazing and clearly eclipses modern Fender bass guitars. CBS Fenders offer a good balance between vintage sound and pricepoint. Comes with an original Fender road case
It has plenty of cosmetic wear as indicated in the photos but looks vintage which in my opinion is what a guitar nearly 50 years old is all about. Appraisal from Jacksons Rare Guitars attached when ... view on ebay
