    Item was listed as new and while it was in great physical condition it was not new. The NVR had a password on it rendering it unusable. There was nothing in the item's description stating there was a password on the device. I contacted the seller and they said they would look into it. A week and a half later and I still have not heard anything back about the password. Also after paying for the Item I had to contact the seller asking why it had not shipped 4 days after the purchase.
