Here??s a rare Vox Phantom IV bass from the mid-60??s. This model was especially associated with Phil Volk of Paul Revere and the Raiders, nicknamed Fang. It looks like an artifact from the Flintstones era!The Phantom IV was designed in London in 1961 for Vox. They were manufactured in England and Italy through 1966

Vox Phantom Delta
In amazing condition, with some light checking and some small dings but exceptional condition for it's age. All effects are functioning and working as they should. Neck is super comfortable to play, thin and fast and super low action. Comes with original case and booklets and notes. Case is slightly damaged in 1 area where is is compromised however it's original and still works well and protects the guitar

Rare original Vox / Eko "TONE I" control knob with red indexing dot from the 1960s, as used on Vox Phantom VI and XII guitars made in the UK and Italy, and possibly used on some Bobcat, Lynx, Hurricane, Starstream, and other models as well
The "TONE I" imprint fill is still dark and shows in high contrast against the aluminum base
It measures 7 / 8" in diameter, and 9 / 16" high, and shows normal wear consistent with age

Overall the plate is 2 9 / 16 inches by 1 9 / 16. The measurements from center to center of the screw holes are 1 15 / 16 of an inch by 15 / 16 inch. 1 3 / 4 inch screws.

Very clean UK made Vox Phantom VI in black. There are virtually no scratches, dents, dings, or fret wear and is all original except one pickguard screw has been replaced. There is a slight discoloration on the pickguard as shown in the picture. Includes original hard case. The neck is straight and the truss rod works. It is set up with with 10s, the neck has 0 010" relief, and the 12th fret string height is 2 0 / 1 5 mm (low E / high E)

This is a very cool and pretty rare old guitar. Made by JMI in the UK
The Consort was a higher end model - far better than the Shadow / Duotone / Clubman series which were all a bit flimsy in comparison
This one is in great condition cosmetically - nice original finish, not much wear on the body, frets have very little wear, and the decals are in great condition. Original Morganite pots date this to October 1963. Original 5-digit serial number seems to be 45154

Original mid 1960s Vox part. This was originally fitted to a 1965 Vox Soundcaster. Will fit numerous JMI (UK) guitars and basses models. JMI used different sized neck plates during their 1960s Vox manufacture. This is 2" x 2 3 / 8" (for screw spacing 1 1 / 2" x 1 7 / 8" approx). No serial number or other markings
Very clean used condition. Surface scratches and minor wear, but the chrome still looks great
