Rare original Vox / Eko "TONE I" control knob with red indexing dot from the 1960s, as used on Vox Phantom VI and XII guitars made in the UK and Italy, and possibly used on some Bobcat, Lynx, Hurricane, Starstream, and other models as well
The "TONE I" imprint fill is still dark and shows in high contrast against the aluminum base
It measures 7 / 8" in diameter, and 9 / 16" high, and shows normal wear consistent with age

This is a very very rare early production Vox Phantom Mark III ??Prototype?? made in 1965 in England by Jennings Musical Industries with some Rock & Roll celebrity roots. These UK made early guitars are some of the most desirable vintage guitars from the UK. This is an original set of 6 Vox Nickel plated guitar tuner bushings. These were found on many (but not all) Vox (Made in Italy) guitars from the mid 60's and into the 70's.

The guitar is in great condition, it's hardly been used, and is surplus to my requirements and needs a great home It's one of the great Indonesian remakes from about 15 years ago It has a drill hole where the previous owner changed the strap nuts there's a bit of a scratch on the back . otherwise it's ace ???Will listen to sensible offers.... more
