Here we have a great and rare amplifier - Last year of Treble N' Bass 50 Reverb
before going to silver face. These amps do sound incredible.
2x EL34 valves and the preamp valves are ECC83.
This amp has just been fully serviced by Jon Dickinson of
Dickinson Amplification in London. The ECC83s have just been changed

Great little lunchbox amp from 1968
Great studio amp, decent crunch, makes a good pedal platform as well as for re-amping digital audio, vocals, drums etc
Designed to be used with either guitar or bass
Fully functional, it's just come back from my tech where its been serviced
This is compatible with 110 voltages(the selector is on the Mains transformer) it's also pretty compact - so makes an ideal home studio amp, not to mention very portable!

Fantastic, rare Selmer Twin Bass 30 valve combo. A bit of an oddball and all the better for it. The 30 watt valve head sits on top of the cabinet in a steel box and contains a pair of EL605 power pentodes, an ECC83 and a GZ34 rectifier valve. It all works. If I was keeping this (I'm not as I quite like being married) I'd replace all the electrolytic capacitors, and check and replace as necessary the other components too, as it's over 50 years old. Selmer 2x10 guitar cabinet vintage fane.

This is very difficult to identify and put an exact model to. I have owned this cabinet for years and it has had very little use in the time I??ve owned it. I??m not sure if it??s the build quality of that era or if it??s had any modifications but please see images for reference.

these are great guitar speakers, perfect for tracking, not much difference in sound between these and a Marshall 8x10
The usual wear and dents, no logos but the tolex is the really nice water effect tolex that Selmer didn??t use for long! (you also see this on mid sixties Watkins stuff)

It's unclear how many (or how few?) of these cabinets Selmer made in the late 60s or early 70s and they are not listed in catalogues of the period. I've gone right through the Vintage Hofner site to see if there is any mention of them and there isn't. The only other one I'm aware of was listed a few years ago by a dealer in vintage gear who described it as sounding "truly special " .
