1983 Rickenbacker 4003 Bass in near mint condition. Other than a small nick on the back of the neck this bass is basically flawless. It has also never been altered from it's original form, including no holes drilled to fit non-original tuners. I was very fortunate to have found an unused set of Grover Slimline Wavy 140C tuners a few weeks ago, which are the original type of tuners this bass had when it was manufactured. Here we have an interesting vintage Rickenbacker tube amplifier from the 1950s. This one most closely resembles an M-11 amp with a 12" Oxford speaker, single mic input and dual instrument inputs. Is has no branding on it. It had some stickers on it which have been removed but does still show some marks from the stickers.

In June 1981, this Rickenbacker 4005 was resprayed from its factory finish to Autumn Glow. Purchased new in 1982 from A & D Music, Wangaratta, it has had one original owner. Electronics remain untouched and original.
