This great guitar is a 1983 Alvarez Yairi DY56 in a sunburst finish. We just gave it a full setup and cleanup , adjusted the action, put on new strings, and we have it set up so it plays like a dream.

This is handmade 1973 Alvarez 12 string by the famous Kazuo Yairi . This fast, thin neck, 12 string has very low action, plays beautiful. I'm a blues player and had no playing issues with it. Loved the low action! There are a few nicks on the body, but very minor. There is also some fading with the clear coat finish along the back inlay and headstock shown in pics. Here is an absolutely gorgeous 1979 K Yairi DY-35 dreadnought acoustic guitar.

It??s built with solid woods all over, Indian rosewood for the back and sides, premium spruce top that has aged with a lovely honey colour, ebony fingerboard with lovely wood patterns and ebony bridge, too.
