An early bowl or melon back mandolin. Tag marks this as a Washburn. In overall good used condition with some wear. There are some hairlines on the back side. Has broken / missing strings, but they will all most likely need replacing. Some wear and marking to the face. The MOP inlays look good, fretboard does show some wear. Nice overall.

For sale is an amazing 1910's era Washburn Round back 8 string Mandolin with original case. This Mandolin is in great shape! Very little wear on the instrument, finish is still shiny and glossy. Serial No 18502 indicated on inside label. While case is sturdy and functional there is some wear to it, see pictures for details. Handle is broken off of case. Great looking and sounding little amplifier. Great for blues.
Famous for being used by Rory Gallagher to record his final studio album (not this specific one obviously).
The amp is fully functional but has a few ages related marks, some of the covering is peeling back on the problem and many of the screws have rusted. Additionally, the bass and mid knobs are pretty stiff and fairly crackly when turning.
