If you are looking at this you know what it is. You will be hard pressed to find another one in this condition. This was recently obtained from an estate sale of a deceased musician and it appears to have been taken care of, however it does show its age as a 50+ year old instrument and has some finish imperfections including some clear coat chipping on the back headstock, some scratches on the serial number plate, and the back cloth snap cover has some fraying as shown in the pictures. Ferro Sonic pickup from the bridge position of a 1967 Vox Astro bass - as used on various other Italian Vox bass guitars of the time, plus other basses made by the same plant by Eko, Shaftesbury etc. Neck measures 4 02 kohms. 23cm lead. Tested and working. Obviously quite old so some surface wear. With all mounting screws, surrounds springs and original leads. The surround mounting screws are a bit tarnished - see last image.
