Original Selmer case for Hofner Guitar, Mid-Late 50's. Not sure which model Hofner guitar, but the measurements are 43" long, 17" across and 4 1 / 2" deep. Case has Tolex wear on rear bout, both top and bottom, and a few spots elsewhere, but overall for it's age not too bad. All latches work, original handle. There were a few areas where the wood seam was separating, I was able to repair them with Wood glue and clamps, problem solved. No more separation in the seams.... more

Fender produced these only between 1961-63, with the 'Brownface' series amps following the 'tweed' period, just before they started using black tolex. The very best, in my opinion.

An early 1963 Stratocaster with rosewood fingerboard. Body refinish, replacement 5-way switch and pickguard but otherwise largely original and in remarkably clean condition. Lightweight at 7 4lbs (3 3kg)
The black nitrocellulose refinish reportedly dates from the early '70s. The refinish has itself now aged and has wear consistent with that time frame. Selling my Selmer Zodiac Twin 30 Crocskin due to lack of use and space This is the slightly later 1964-1965 version with the leather handles and rubber casters
This was refurbished about 5 years ago and had to have a replacement Speaker and was capped and tidied up. Also a replacement EM84 Magic Eye was fitted. (see worksheet)I will include the original Speaker if you want it

What I can tell you is, it works I can show you it working. It's loud. it's all original, I've owned it from the early 80's, and being a gigging amp it needs some minor attention such as: handle (one of the end covers is missing), two knobs ( originals lost on the road and substitutes fitted). standby neon in switch does not illuminated, and mains cord needs re-securing ( I would suggest replacing as this amp is about 50 years)

A rare original Selmer reverb unit in excellent condition and good working order. I have replaced the elastic bands (originals were snapped on one end at least), and one of the battery terminals (the original was corroded). I have kept the originals which will come with the unit
It works well, all controls work and affect the sound as expected. If the Depth is turned beyond about halfway it often gives feedback. I only used it for subtle effect which is fine, but please be aware of this ... more
