Original Selmer case for Hofner Guitar, Mid-Late 50's. Not sure which model Hofner guitar, but the measurements are 43" long, 17" across and 4 1 / 2" deep. Case has Tolex wear on rear bout, both top and bottom, and a few spots elsewhere, but overall for it's age not too bad. All latches work, original handle. There were a few areas where the wood seam was separating, I was able to repair them with Wood glue and clamps, problem solved. No more separation in the seams.... more

A vintage Selmer Hawaiian Lap Steel, I believe it??s 1950s or 60s. It??s fully working and by all means ready to play
The screw holes for the brass plate have been filled and redrilled so that the screws have considerably better grip, as the plate takes a lot of string tension!
Electronics have been cleaned up. The patented pickup is really interesting, I believe it uses individual coils for each pole, so its kind of like 6 pickups combined as one. It sounds really good

It's loud. it's all original, I've owned it from the early 80's, and being a gigging amp it needs some minor attention such as: handle (one of the end covers is missing), two knobs ( originals lost on the road and substitutes fitted). standby neon in switch does not illuminated, and mains cord needs re-securing ( I would suggest replacing as this amp is about 50 years)

For sale is a set of 2 vintage 'cardboard' cases, one for small-bodied electric guitar (I'm guessing something like a Selmer 'Duo' or equivalent 3 / 4 scale electrics?) and one larger (should fit most electric guitars, is also slightly deeper so I'm guessing for something hollow-bodied - but not acoustic)

Case is in very good condition for its age, the only thing of note is that the lock latches have been changed to slightly later English made Cheney ( with key included). The case is too small for a Telecast or a Strat and just too small for an SG junior.

An early 1963 Stratocaster with rosewood fingerboard. Body refinish, replacement 5-way switch and pickguard but otherwise largely original and in remarkably clean condition. Lightweight at 7 4lbs (3 3kg)
The black nitrocellulose refinish reportedly dates from the early '70s. The refinish has itself now aged and has wear consistent with that time frame.
