Here is a lovely vintage Selmer Zodiac Twin 30 speaker cabinet from 1964, complete with two original Celestion speakers, but no amplifier (taken out and installed in a separate cabinet in 1967). The amp. was bought new in 1964 and used in semi-pro bands (but never pushed too hard) till 1985, when it was semi-retired. Here is a lovely vintage Selmer Zodiac Twin 30 2x12" speaker cabinet from 1964, complete with two original Celestion G12 loudspeakers. The amp. was bought new in 1964 and used in a semi-pro band for keyboards and vocals. The amplifier section was removed in 1967 and used separately. The cabinet was later used for guitar until 1985 when it was semi-retired. Since then it has had only light use. After much research and little luck, I finally found this very model while browsing the 1939 Selmer catalogue - the De Luxe, pitched as a self-contained lap steel solution including a case-loaded, fully functional valve amp. The 1939 catalogue lists this as the most expensive model available at the time, priced at £27 (about £1500 in today's money, adjusted for inflation)

It??s around 1952 with everything original and working perfectly. The original fixed lead was crackling at the body and, rather than cut it down, I have replaced it with another fixed lead, but the original is still in the case

Lovely Selmer catalogue from 1966 full of many great names like Gibson, Hagstrom Hofner etc, even Beatles guitar strings!
In very good used condition for its nearly 60 years of age, the staples are intact and attached, just a few marks as to be expected. 36 pages, complete and full of information (and such low prices compared to some values now).
These brochures are very collectable now, hard to find in this condition, and costing less than the other one in my photos.
