This is a beautiful guitar. As you can see, the body is Mahogany that??s in solid condition, no cracks or deformations. The neck alignment is in the same spot as the day it was made presumably. The controls function as expected but the tone cap appears to have gone bad or something is loose. I??m not sure but I can tell you the signal is free from buzzing and humming and that type of noise. I've got a very nice clean 1955 Gibson Century Lap Steel in its original and rare blue finish. This finish is somewhere between a blue and green but it's listed as blue. These are tough to find in good shape and this is one is in excellent condition. It does have a few minor dings (see photos), but overall, it's in fantastic shape. A quick description, will probably add more later!
Rickenbacher Electro B6, Bakelite lap steel. Pot codes date it to somewhere around 1955, works and sounds exactly like it should. No breaks, 8 8lbs, original case that should be tweed but at some point a long time ago painted grey. One tuner has very slight play in the button but all very solid other than that.

Completely original pickup, undisturbed coil, solder has been reflowed or re done at some point. Some cracking in the top plate as shown in the pictures but is still solid. Wide spaced pole pieces , measurement in the photos
Reads 9 16-7 on my multimeter -which could do with calibration so 9ish?? - Either way this is a hot vintage P90. Probably from a post 1951 Gibson B9 but I don??t know for sure
